To start with, and to try to find out my "daily bread", the one I would like to bake regularly, I chose to try and investigate a recipe I found here.
J'ai aussi choisi de partir sur des pains cocotte, car mon four n'est vraiment pas le top (c'est un four combiné micro-onde... pratique pour une mini cuisine comme la mienne, mais pas le top des fours...).
Because of the kind of oven I have (not a good one for baking...), I decided to start with the "cocotte bread", which uses a cooking pot to bake the bread in the oven (a pot such as this one).
